Experienced Baristas Cafe Managers at Cuppa Coffee - Traveler

Cuppa Coffee in Boston, MA is looking for two experienced baristas cafe managers to join our 5 person strong team. We are located on 57 Traveler St and One Merrimac st Boston. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated, and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Cafe staffing
• Cafe operations
• Maintain best practises
• Scheduling
• Profit and loss accountability
• Forcasting
• Staff training

Qualifications

• PIC certification an advantage
• 3 years experience
• Must know how to make quality espresso
• based drinks.
• Must be able to multi task.
• Work in a busy enviroment
• Must be able to work unsupervised.
• Friendly and understanding selling techniques
• Must have been a skilled barista. (Not a coffee pourer)
