Experienced Bartenders – K38 Baja Grill | Carolina Beach, NC

K38 Baja Grill is looking for experienced bartenders to join our team at our Carolina Beach location. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, know how to keep the energy up behind the bar, and take pride in great service, we’d love to meet you.

K38 is part of the Live.Eat.Surf restaurant group and has been a local favorite for fresh Baja-style food, craft margaritas, and a laid-back coastal vibe.

What we’re looking for:

• Experienced bartenders (high-volume experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, and tequila
• Ability to handle busy shifts while staying organized and positive
• Friendly, professional personality with great guest interaction
• Team players who support both bar and floor service

Responsibilities include:

• Preparing cocktails, margaritas, and beverages quickly and consistently
• Providing excellent service to guests at the bar and in the dining room
• Maintaining a clean, organized bar area
• Supporting servers and working closely with the management team
