Experienced Bartender

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a wide variety of beverages accurately and efficiently using Square POS.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner, providing personalized recommendations and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and food handling standards.
• Monitor alcohol consumption responsibly, adhering to all legal regulations related to serving alcohol in nightclubs, fine dining establishments, or banquet settings.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service during busy hours, including large banquets.
• Demonstrate strong time management skills to balance multiple orders while maintaining high-quality service standards.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining or nightclub, with a strong understanding of the food industry.
• Proficiency with Square POS systems is preffered but not required.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures.
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during high-volume periods.
