Experienced Bartender

The ideal candidate will have a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
• Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing recommendations based on their preferences.
• Process orders efficiently using the POS system, ensuring accuracy in billing and inventory management.
• Monitor customer behavior to ensure responsible alcohol service and compliance with legal regulations.
• Assist in stocking liquor and beer.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable.
• Stay informed about new drink trends, menu changes, and promotions to enhance customer experience.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience is REQUIRED
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele.
• Familiarity with retail math for managing tabs and processing payments accurately.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as required by the establishment's operating hours.
• Knowledge of food industry standards and practices related to beverage service.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
