Experienced Bartender

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met
• Engage with guests warmly, taking drink and dinner orders accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
• Utilize Toast POS to process orders efficiently while handling cash and card transactions accurately.
• Monitor alcohol consumption responsibly, adhering to legal regulations and company policies to promote a safe environment.
• Keep track of inventory levels, restocking supplies as needed, and assist with ordering to prevent shortages.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a bartender in fast paced, full service restaurants
• Demonstrated proficiency with Toast POS
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently - this is a very busy bar and also an extenstion of our dining room!
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and resolve issues proactively and promptly.
• Knowledge of classic cocktail receipes as well as our specialty house cocktails and alcohol regulations to serve responsibly.

Pay: $35.00 - $55.00 per hour
