Next Door Speakeasy, recognized as one of the best bars in Boston, is looking for an experienced Bartender / Mixologist to join our team. We are seeking a passionate, professional bartender with exceptional cocktail knowledge who takes pride in delivering an outstanding guest experience.

Schedule

• Wednesday – Sunday
• 4:00 PM – Close
• Weekend availability is required

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of bartending/mixology experience
• Extensive cocktail knowledge is a MUST
• Strong understanding of classic and modern craft cocktails
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Friendly, professional, dependable, and team-oriented
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Must be punctual and have a strong work ethic
