We are a new concept bringing our recipes and ideas of exceptional customer experience to DFW. We believe that you have the most fun doing what you love when you are appreciated and having fun. Our menu includes the standard Texas comfort foods across most genres plus amazing, unique dishes that are truly crowd pleasers. We are an American gastropub bringing favorite food, fun and great drinks to the dining experience.

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated bartenders to deliver exceptional customer experiences behind the bar. The ideal candidate is a dynamic hospitality professional with a passion for exceptional guest experiences and a proven track record in high-volume bar settings. This role is responsible for delivering outstanding service, consistency and quality in the bar through expertise in mixology, spirits, craft bears and flavor pairings.

What you need

• Minimum 1+ years of bar experience in a full-service restaurant with bar or a stand-alone bar environment in a busy location.
• Strong understanding of bar operations, service standards, and industry best practices.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• All required certifications.
• Unimpeachable integrity.
• Unmatched drive for excellence.

Would be great if you also had

• Experience with Toast POS system

Responsibilities

• Participate in daily bar operations in conjunction with managers with enthusiasm, ensuring smooth shift management and optimal service delivery.
• Drink preparation, ensuring adherence to quality standards and alcohol & guest safety regulations.
• Manage inventory control meticulously to minimize waste and optimize stock levels; utilize POS system for accurate sales tracking and reporting.
• Handle cash management responsibilities including cash handling, reconciliations, and safeguarding financial assets during shifts.
• Maintain high standards of customer service by resolving guest concerns promptly and ensuring an enjoyable dining experience for all patrons.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
