Experienced Bartender / Server – High Volume Italian Restaurant

Arnoldi’s Cafe is seeking an experienced bartender/server to join our team. We are a high-volume, historic Italian restaurant with a strong local following, busy patio dining, bocce courts, and private events.

We are looking for a career-minded hospitality professional — someone confident, personable, and capable of handling volume while maintaining warmth and attention to detail. We would love to find our next Willy!! A strong bartender, who will also not mind serving on some shifts if needed-

Position Details:

• 2–3 shifts to start
• Opportunity for more shifts based on performance and fit
• Must be comfortable with large parties and event service
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

• Has 3+ years of bartending or serving experience in a busy restaurant
• Can sell — wine, cocktails, specials, desserts
• Maintains composure during high-volume service
• Is reliable and shows up ready to work
• Works well with a team and communicates clearly
• Takes pride in hospitality and guest experience

Bonus If You:

• Have wine knowledge
• Have worked in Italian restaurants
• Have experience with private events

Compensation: Hourly + tips (competitive based on experience)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 30 per week
