We are seeking energetic and experienced Bartenders to join our vibrant West Hollywood team! In this role, you will be the heart of the bar, creating memorable experiences for our guests through exceptional service and expertly crafted drinks. Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and swag ensuring consistency and quality.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing outstanding customer service that encourages repeat visits.
• Manage POS systems - we use SKYTAB it’s simple - we are cashless
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards at all times.
• Monitor guest behavior to promote a safe environment, especially in nightclub or banquet settings, while managing multiple tables or bar stations seamlessly.
• Upsell drink specials and promote menu items to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring guest satisfaction. We have a rewards program the more you sell the more bonus love you get!
• Handle cash transactions accurately, perform basic math calculations for change, and reconcile cash drawers at shift end.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a bartender in high volume establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings with a strong knowledge of food service operations.
• Exceptional time management skills to handle busy shifts efficiently while maintaining high-quality service.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests and create an inviting atmosphere.
• Ability to perform retail math accurately for cash handling and sales transactions.
• Previous restaurant experience in the food industry or hospitality sector is essential; retail math skills are a plus.
