What You’ll Do
- Mix, shape, proof, and bake our signature breads with care and consistency.
- Uphold our standards for quality, food safety, and presentation.
- Keep the workspace clean, organized, and efficient.
- Work closely with management and teammates and as we develop this new shift.
- Lead a team of baking assistants to maintain smooth production.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 2 years of professional baking experience (bread production preferred).
- Dependability, clear communication, and teamwork.
- An eye for detail.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle a fast-paced environment.
- Pride in your work and a passion for good bread.
Schedule & Compensation
Full-time position with a consistent schedule
Competitive pay based on experience, with opportunities for raises and advancement.
