Experienced bucket operator-Tree Service

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Bucket Operator specializing in Tree Service to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will operate bucket trucks and other aerial lift equipment to perform precise tree care, trimming, and landscape maintenance tasks. Duties

• Safely operate bucket trucks and aerial lifts to access trees and landscape features at various heights
• Perform tree trimming, pruning, and removal with precision, following industry safety standards
• Assist with rigging operations to secure and maneuver heavy limbs or equipment during tree care projects
• Conduct landscape maintenance tasks such as lawn care, planting, and general landscaping to enhance outdoor spaces
• Utilize GIS (Geographic Information Systems) tools for mapping and planning work sites effectively
• Collaborate with team members to ensure project timelines are met while maintaining safety protocols

Requirements

• Proven experience operating bucket trucks or aerial lifts in a tree service or landscaping environment
• Strong knowledge of tree care practices including pruning, trimming, and removal techniques
• Familiarity with rigging procedures for lifting heavy limbs or equipment safely
• Basic understanding of GIS technology for site mapping and planning purposes
• Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work in various weather conditions
• Growing experience or background in arboriculture or landscape horticulture is preferred

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
