Experienced Budtender needed $17/Hr

Assist the management team with the activities and operations of the store, while abiding by policies, procedures and operational guidelines. Responsible for helping patients/customers, make recommendations on products based off of prior experience and knowledge, checking them out, cash handling and customer service.

Rather than sending us a resume, this job will go to the person who best fits our courteous, helpful store culture and has extensive knowledge of our cannabis products and their benefits.

1.) First, go to our store website at ftain.org/rec/. Have you sold these products before? Do you know how to recommend them based upon the customer's intended results?

2.) Write us a new memo (instead of a resume) and post it on your job application. Include:

• name
• phone number
• Med Badge number
• Your experience selling the products you just reviewed in our online store. Perhaps a paragraph or two.

3.) If you have the experience, expect a quick response from us to schedule an interview at the store. Upon your arrival, you will do a "mock" sales presentation which would include recommendations based upon a customer with a "mock" qualifying condition.

4.) We want to see how you conduct yourself on the sales floor, the breadth of your knowledge, and your sales demeanor. This will be a quick interview, followed by a quick decision.

5.) This is a very busy store, and you will see many customers throughout your 8 hour shift. Be prepared for a fast-paced, but fun and enjoyable environment.
