We are a growing company seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Developer with proven expertise in acquiring projects from Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn, and other freelancing platforms. If you have a strong track record of bringing in clients and closing deals, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, bid, and secure projects from Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn, and other freelancing marketplaces.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to generate repeat business.
• Create and deliver persuasive proposals tailored to client needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project onboarding.
• Research new platforms and explore opportunities for lead generation.
• Meet monthly and quarterly business targets.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in winning projects from freelancing platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and client-handling abilities.
• Familiarity with digital marketing, IT, healthcare, or related services (preferred but not mandatory).
• Self-driven, result-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.

Compensation Structure:

• Initial Basic Salary: Modest stipend until the first confirmed client is onboarded.
• Full Salary Activation: Your full salary will start immediately after onboarding your first confirmed client.
• Bonus & Increment: Huge performance-based bonuses and incremental growth opportunities with every successful client acquisition.
