Experienced Business Developer Required for a Digital Marketing Agency

We are a growing Digital Marketing Agency dedicated to helping businesses thrive through innovative marketing strategies. We are looking for an experienced and driven Business Developer to join our team and play a key role in expanding our client base and building long-term relationships.

As a Business Developer, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, pitching services, and closing deals. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in client acquisition and business development on platforms like Upwork and LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to generate leads and acquire new clients.
• Manage and grow client relationships through effective communication and trust-building.
• Leverage platforms such as Upwork and LinkedIn to identify, engage, and convert potential clients.
• Create and deliver compelling proposals tailored to client needs.
• Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction and service excellence.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly business development targets.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in business development for a digital marketing agency.
• Hands-on experience in generating leads and closing deals on Upwork and LinkedIn.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve goals in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
