Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $20.00 – $30.00 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Cabinetmaker to join our small team and help build exceptional custom kitchen and bath cabinets from start to finish. This hands-on role involves crafting, assembling, finishing, and installing high-quality cabinetry with a strong focus on precision and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build custom kitchen and bath cabinets according to client specifications and design plans
• Finish and assemble cabinet components, including sanding, staining, and hardware installation
• Install cabinets in customers' homes and ensure proper fit and functionality
• Measure, cut, shape, and join wood materials using hand and power tools
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace while upholding our high standards of quality

Qualifications:

• Required:
• 3+ years of hands-on woodworking or cabinetmaking experience preferred
• Strong emphasis on producing quality work with attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively as part of a small team – must be a team player who gets along well with others
• Reliable transportation and ability to work on-site full-time
• Knowledge of custom cabinet construction, finishing techniques, and installation
