Experienced Cake/Cookie Designer Decorator

Experienced Cake/Cookie Decorator/Designer. Must have good communication and time management skills, must be neat and clean, organized and creative, have an eye for detail, the ability to utilize different decorating techniques using buttercream and fondant and able to execute cakes according to customer specifications and decorate cookies to the bakery's specifications. Must be able to work early mornings, weekends (if needed) and days before holidays. Must be reliable and dependable. Prefer an associate degree in baking and pastry arts or an acceptable combination of experience and education. ServSafe certification preferred. Must have valid PA Driver's License. Applicants will be required to decorate a cake at the interview.
