Duties
- Engage with Patients through outbound and inbound calls, offering tailored solutions and support to meet their needs
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring Patient satisfaction.
- Accurately input data into company systems, maintaining high levels of attention to detail and data integrity
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette, active listening, and clear communication skills during every interaction
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently, including Patient follow-ups, documentation, and updating records in ECW.
Requirements
- Proven call center experience or background in customer support roles with a focus on Patient care.
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent data entry skills with fast typing speed and accuracy
- Proficiency in Eclinical works applications and advanced computer skills for daily operations.
- Knowledge of call center protocols including phone etiquette.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and positive attitude

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
