We Are Hiring: Experienced Call Center Executive (Male)
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls professionally
- Manage appointment bookings, rescheduling, cancellations, and follow-ups
- Provide accurate information regarding doctors’ schedules, services, and clinic policies
- Maintain excellent customer service standards
- Coordinate with front desk and clinical teams to ensure smooth patient flow
- Maintain call logs and daily reports
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years of call center experience (preferably in a medical clinic/hospital)
- Strong communication skills in English & Hindi
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office and call center systems
