We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Automotive Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair and maintenance, with experience in diagnosing and resolving a variety of mechanical issues. This role requires a commitment to providing exceptional customer service while ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality in all repairs.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine vehicle maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal performance.
• Diagnose and repair automotive systems, including mechanical, electrical, and powertrain components.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to execute repairs and adjustments.
• Interpret schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot issues accurately.
• Conduct alignment services and other specialized repairs as needed.
• Work on diesel engine repairs and advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS).
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their vehicle needs.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service efficiency and quality.

Requirements

• Proven mechanic experience, preferably in a dealership setting.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in automotive diagnostics and repair.
• Familiarity with automotive electrical systems and auto body repair techniques is a plus.
• Experience working with GM vehicles is advantageous.
• Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment as necessary.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents, including schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong customer service skills to interact professionally with clients.
• Willingness to stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques.
