Experienced Car Shipping Agents Required

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Car Shipping Agent to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the auto transport industry, with strong knowledge of carrier networks, customer communication, and order management.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate shipping quotes
• Coordinate with carriers to arrange vehicle pickups and deliveries
• Maintain regular communication with customers and carriers
• Manage bookings, documentation, and follow-ups to ensure smooth operations
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally

Requirements:

• Previous experience in car shipping or auto transport industry required
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with dispatching software or CRM tools is a plus
• Fluent in English
