Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers with professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • Lead by example and help train team members in service standards and sales performance.
  • Oversee wash tunnel operations and ensure safety, quality, and efficiency.
  • Manage memberships, upsell services, and maintain brand consistency.
  • Troubleshoot equipment with attention to detail and report maintenance needs.
  • Contribute ideas for process improvement and team growth.

Leadership & Team Management

Supervise, train, and motivate the car wash team.
Handle scheduling, hiring, and performance reviews.
Resolve conflicts and maintain a positive working environment.

Operational Oversight:

Ensure all equipment is functioning correctly and coordinate maintenance/repairs as necessary.
Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
Implement and uphold safety procedures to protect both employees and customers.

Customer Service Excellence:Address customer complaints and feedback with professionalism and poise.
Uphold high standards of service and ensure customer satisfaction with every visit.
Promote and sell additional services when appropriate.

Financial Management:Monitor and manage expenses, ensuring profitability.
Set targets and KPIs, then work with the team to achieve them.
Oversee daily cash handling and deposits.

Continuous Improvement:

Stay updated with industry best practices and innovations.
Recommend and implement changes to improve efficiency and customer experience.
Collaborate with the owner and other managers to set and achieve long-term business goals.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum management experience of 10 years at full service car wash.
  • Strong leadership abilities with a track record of motivating teams.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Technical knowledge of car wash equipment is a plus.
  • Ability to handle high-stress situations and make decisions swiftly.
  • Proficiency with basic computer software and DRB systems.
  • Must speak Spanish

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
