Experienced Car Wash Sales Associate

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Car Wash Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about cars, have a strong work ethic, and possess excellent customer service skills. Your primary responsibilities will include washing and detailing vehicles with precision and care, promoting our membership programs, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell car wash memberships and detailing services.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries professionally.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Process transactions and manage the POS system effectively plus DRB experience.
• Work collaboratively with the team to meet and exceed sales targets.

Requirements:

Must Be Available Monday, Thursday and Saturday.

• Proven experience in car washing/detailing (minimum 2 year preferred but not required).
• Strong sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in various weather conditions.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.

Pay: $650.00 - $1,200.00 per week
