Experienced Caregivers/CNA

Benevolence Home Care is seeking dependable and compassionate Caregivers / CNAs to provide high-quality, in-home support to clients. This role focuses on assisting clients with daily living activities while promoting dignity, independence, and safety in the home environment.

Responsibilities

• Bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting
• Provide mobility and transfer assistance
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
• Perform light housekeeping (laundry, cleaning, organizing)
• Monitor and report changes in client condition to supervisor
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Follow individualized care plans
• Accurately document care and services provided
• Comply with EVV (Electronic Visit Verification) clock-in/out procedures
• Maintain client confidentiality (HIPAA compliant)

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification (preferred but not required for caregiver role)
• Minimum 6 months caregiving experience (home care preferred)
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
• Current TB test (or ability to obtain)
• CPR Certification (preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Work Environment

• Client homes (private residences)
• Flexible scheduling (days, evenings, weekends)
• One-on-one patient care (non-facility setting)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $13.00 per hour
