Experienced Carpenter

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Experienced Carpenter to join our dynamic construction team. Pay will be determined and negotiated based on experience and skill set.

Duties

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute carpentry tasks.
• Perform framing, trim carpentry, cabinetry, door hanging, siding installation, and roofing with precision and attention to detail.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to cut, shape, assemble, and install various building components.
• Conduct concrete forming, wood and metal stud framing as required for different projects.
• Install fixtures such as cabinets, doors, windows, flooring, tile, and siding while adhering to safety standards.
• Assist with heavy lifting and material handling to ensure efficient workflow on construction sites.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following all safety protocols and industry best practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience in construction estimating, framing carpentry, trim carpentry, roofing, drywall installation, and general remodeling projects.
• Strong knowledge of blueprint reading and schematic interpretation across various construction disciplines.
• Proficiency with hand tools (hammers, saws, chisels), power tools (drills, saws).
• Extensive construction site experience with a solid understanding of safety procedures and OSHA regulations.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining physical stamina throughout long workdays.
• Skilled in working with materials like wood, metal studs, concrete forms, siding panels.
• Knowledge of electrical experience related to fixture installation or basic wiring is a plus but not mandatory.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly to project changes or unforeseen challenges.
• Valid driver’s license preferred; reliable transportation necessary for job site access.
