Job Overview:

Al Ameen Industries LLC is seeking a highly skilled and leadership-driven Carpenter Supervisor to oversee our joinery and woodwork production floor. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in woodworking, a strong ability to interpret complex production drawings, and the leadership skills necessary to manage a team of carpenters and machine operators. You will bridge the gap between our design/technical department and the workshop floor, ensuring all retail fixtures and wooden products are manufactured to exact specifications, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Production Management: Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the carpentry team, allocating tasks, monitoring workflow, and ensuring production schedules are strictly met.
• Drawing Interpretation & Execution: Accurately read, interpret, and execute detailed technical drawings, floor plans, and 3D models (such as CAD or SolidWorks outputs) to guide the fabrication process.
• Product & Material Expertise: Utilize extensive knowledge of woodworking materials (MDF, plywood, laminates, solid wood) and joinery techniques to optimize production and ensure the structural integrity of retail fixtures.
• Quality Control: Conduct rigorous stage-by-stage inspections of all woodwork to guarantee precise dimensions, seamless joints, and premium finishing before products move to the painting or assembly phase.
• Workshop Safety & Maintenance: Enforce strict health, safety, and operational standards within the workshop, ensuring all woodworking machinery and tools are safely operated and properly maintained.

Job Requirements & Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 5–7 years of hands-on carpentry and joinery experience, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory or foreman role within the UAE fit-out, retail fixture, or furniture manufacturing industry.
• Skills:
• Exceptional ability to read and decipher complex technical production drawings.
• Deep understanding of modern woodworking machinery, tools, and assembly processes.
• Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to manage, train, and motivate a diverse production team.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English (Hindi/Urdu is highly preferred for team management).
• Attributes: Strong problem-solving mindset, highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working effectively under pressure to meet tight project deadlines.
