Experienced carpenter/maintenance tech

We are seeking an experienced Carpenter / Maintenance Technician with strong troubleshooting abilities and a broad range of repair skills. The ideal candidate combines solid carpentry experience with building maintenance knowledge and can work independently with minimal supervision.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in quality workmanship, and is comfortable handling both straightforward and diagnostic repair work.

Typical Work Includes

• Trim carpentry and finish work
• Door and hardware installation/repair
• Drywall repair and painting
• Cabinet and shelving installation
• Ceiling tile replacement
• Light plumbing repairs
• Light electrical repairs
• General punch-list and maintenance work
• Commercial and residential service calls

Qualifications

Required

• 5+ years of carpentry, remodeling, or maintenance experience
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently
• Professional communication skills
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check

Preferred

• Apartment or commercial building maintenance experience
• Own basic hand tools
• Experience in occupied commercial environments
• Formal apprenticeship or trade school training
