Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Carpet and Floor Technician with professional experience in both carpet and hard surface floor care. This position plays a key role in delivering our promise of quality results and customer satisfaction, especially in post-disaster environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform carpet cleaning using truck-mounted and portable extraction systems
• Clean, strip, and refinish hard floors including VCT, tile & grout, and laminate
• Identify and treat pet stains, odors, and heavy soil conditions
• Apply carpet protection and floor maintenance products as needed
• Complete job documentation and client communication accurately
• Maintain and clean tools, vehicles, and equipment daily
• Assist with other cleaning or restoration tasks as needed

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in professional carpet and floor care
• Familiarity with IICRC or industry-standard methods (certification a plus)
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
• Ability to lift 50 lbs, kneel, bend, and work in various conditions
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and a strong communicator
• Flexible schedule—some evening or weekend work may be required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.38 - $25.00 per hour
