Experienced CDL Frontload Driver

Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Experienced CDL Frontload Driver who already knows the waste industry to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating frontload trucks to efficiently collect, transport, and deliver waste, recyclables. Your expertise in commercial driving, mechanical knowledge, and ability to handle heavy lifting will ensure smooth operations and excellent service delivery. Responsibilities

• Safely operate frontload trucks to perform collection routes.
• Load and unload materials using mechanical systems such as hydraulic lifts or manual methods, ensuring proper handling and securement.
• Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure compliance with safety regulations and vehicle maintenance standards.
• Manage heavy lifting tasks with proper technique to prevent injury while handling waste containers or other materials.
• Maintain accurate logs of deliveries, pickups, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance records.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and team members to coordinate schedules and resolve issues promptly.
• Follow all local, state, and federal regulations related to commercial driving and transportation safety.

Requirements

• Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) Class B.
• Proven experience operating front loader trucks in a commercial setting.
• Strong mechanical knowledge of heavy-duty vehicles for routine inspections and minor repairs.
• Demonstrated ability to drive vehicles safely over various terrains.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting, pushing, pulling safely for extended periods during collection routes.
• Knowledge of safety protocols related to heavy vehicle operation and waste management procedures.
• Excellent driving record with a focus on safety and compliance with traffic laws. Pay: $34.00 - $37.50 per hour
