Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities, including heavy lifting and mobility support.
• Monitor and record vital signs to ensure client health and safety.
• Provide specialized care for clients with dementia or developmental disabilities.
• Support clients in maintaining their independence through effective assistance.
• Prepare meals as needed, accommodating dietary restrictions and preferences.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop personalized care plans.
• Engage clients in meaningful activities that promote physical and emotional well-being.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients at all times.

Qualifications

• Experience in home healthcare or a related field is preferred.
• Knowledge of vital sign monitoring and basic health assessments.
• Compassionate attitude towards working with individuals with disabilities.
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and families.
• Familiarity with dementia care practices is highly desirable.
• Willingness to assist in meal preparation when necessary.
