Experienced CNC Milling Programmer

Bothe Associates Inc. is a family-owned machine shop with 75+ years of history in the Kenosha area. We’re currently looking for an experienced CNC Milling Programmer.

• 4-day work weeks (Mon – Thurs 5:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.) and Fridays when the shop is working. Regular work week is 47 - 50 hours. To offset those hours, this position offers one "Free Friday" off work each month that is not included in the PTO schedule.

The ideal fit for this role will come with:

• 5+ years’ experience programming 5 axis CNC Machining Centers in a job shop environment
• Own their own basic hand tools
• Expert level knowledge of G-Code, GD&T and ability to read blueprints

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
