Are you 18 or older? Have at least 1 year of manual Espresso Machine experience? If you are the kind of person who brings energy to the room with or without a double shot of espresso then WE NEED YOU!

We're looking for an experienced Barista to join our fun and high-energy crew. At Mugshot Coffee, we pride ourselves on serving the best coffee and breakfast in town while creating a vibe that isn't your typical, stuffy café.

Job Description:

• Master the Machines: Become one with our espresso machine, hopper and warming oven. (don’t worry, they all have names and they love you).
• Craft Art: Pour latte art that’ll make Instagram jealous. If you can’t, no worries, most of us can't either.
• Provide Epic Service: Greet customers with a smile, take their order, and whip up a cup of joy in less than 5 minutes.
• Stay Cool Under Heat: Handle the morning caffeine rush without spilling a drop of your own sanity (or coffee).
• Keep Things Tidy: A clean workspace is a happy workspace, so wipe, scrub, and organize like your grandma would approve.
• Satisfy the Coffee Newbs: Educate guests on our blends and brewing techniques. Become their personal coffee guru, even if they think a “mocha latte” is a high-level philosophical question.

• Sense Of Urgency: When the line gets long, you stay calm and keep the coffee flowing quick. A sense of humor under pressure is a huge bonus.
• Team Player: You’ll work with a team who loves coffee, bad puns, and singing along to the radio.
• Willing to Learn: We’ll train you to make the best food and drinks in town. Just bring your experience and enthusiasm, and we’ll take care of the rest.

Pay: $12.77 - $18.00 per hour
