We're looking for an Experienced Commercial HVAC Field Supervisor to help lead installation teams, strengthen field operations, and develop the next generation of HVAC professionals in all three locations: Spokane, Hayden, and Sandpoint.

What You'll Bring
-
Extensive experience in commercial HVAC installation
-
Previous leadership experience as a Field Supervisor, Foreman, Superintendent, or similar role

Proven ability to lead crews and drive project performance

Experience managing schedules, labor, and commercial HVAC projects

Ability to interpret blueprints and construction documents
-
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills

Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record

06A HVAC Electrical License is a plus
-
Sheet metal fabrication experience is preferred
- NATE Certification is a plus
Your Role
You'll spend most of your time supporting crews in the field, ensuring projects stay on schedule while developing employees and maintaining the highest standards of workmanship.
Leadership and Team Development

Lead, mentor, and support commercial HVAC installation crews

Develop technicians and prepare future foremen and field leaders

Promote accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement

Provide technical guidance and real-time problem solving on job sites
Project Execution

Direct commercial HVAC installation projects from kickoff through completion

Coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, and project schedules

Monitor productivity, labor performance, and project budgets

Collaborate with project managers, customers, vendors, and subcontractors

Resolve field issues before they impact project timelines
Quality and Safety

Perform jobsite inspections and quality reviews

Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures
-
Verify installations meet project specifications and customer expectations
-
Maintain consistent workmanship across every project
