Job Description

We are seeking a knowledgeable and motivated Experienced Commercial HVAC Installer to join our team. This position focuses on installing, upgrading, and commissioning commercial HVAC systems. The ideal candidate has strong technical skills, a commitment to safety, and takes pride in delivering high-quality work.

Job Requirements

• Install commercial HVAC systems including RTUs, split systems, VRF/VRV, ductwork, and mechanical equipment
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and mechanical drawings
• Set and connect HVAC equipment, including piping, ductwork, controls, and insulation
• Ensure installations meet manufacturer specifications, building codes, and safety standards
• Coordinate with project managers, foremen, and other trades on job sites
• Perform start-ups and assist with system commissioning as required
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
• Document work completed and report issues or changes promptly

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial HVAC installation experience preferred
• EPA Section 608 certification (required)
• Strong understanding of commercial HVAC systems and installation best practices
• Ability to read blueprints and mechanical plans
• Experience with new construction and remodel projects
• Familiarity with HVAC controls and start-up procedures a plus
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Salary

$72,000 - $100,000 (annually)
