Experienced Commercial HVAC Technician

Overview
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair various HVAC equipment. This role requires a hands-on approach to ensure optimal performance of HVAC systems in commercial properties.

Duties

• Maintain and repair HVAC systems including boilers, refrigerate units, and air conditioning systems.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment to ensure efficient operation.
• Troubleshoot issues using tools such as an ohmmeter and other diagnostic equipment.
• Read and interpret schematics and technical drawings to understand system designs and layouts.
• Provide field service support to clients, addressing their HVAC needs promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with property maintenance teams to ensure all systems are functioning correctly.
• Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs performed, and parts used.

Skills

• Proficient in HVAC system maintenance and repair techniques.
• Strong understanding of plumbing principles as they relate to HVAC systems.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics for effective troubleshooting.
• Experience in field service roles with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Knowledge of design principles related to HVAC systems is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all tasks performed.
