Experienced Commercial Plumber – Sioux City and Spencer

Responsibilities & Duties:
Assemble, install and repair plumbing and med gas systems according to project specifications and appropriate trade and building codes
Diagnose problems and/or failures in a variety of plumbing and gas systems
Repair and install various types of piping including iron, steel, copper and pvc
Test for leaks in new and repaired systems with compressed air and/or water
Operate powered equipment including hand tools, stationary machines and others as required
Inspect equipment, structures or materials to identify the cause of errors or other problems or defects

Required Qualifications & Skills:
Competent, responsible, organized and team-oriented
Strong communication skills
Maintains a high quality initiative while completing assigned duties
Ability to operate a motor vehicle and possess a valid driver’s license
Ability to work independently and with others to meet performance goals
Have an Iowa journeyman’s license (Preferred)
Attend plumbing apprentice classes, provided by CW Suter Services, if the required courses have not previously been completed
