Experienced Commercial Service Plumber

We are looking for a reliable, skilled Service Plumber to join our dedicated team.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose & Repair: Troubleshoot and fix plumbing emergencies, leaks, clogs, and broken pipes efficiently.
• Service & Install: Install and maintain plumbing systems, including fixtures (sinks, toilets), water heaters, and piping systems.
• Preventive Maintenance: Conduct inspections, camera inspections, and preventative maintenance to ensure system integrity.
• Client Interaction: Provide professional, clear communication to customers regarding repairs and options.
• Compliance: Adhere to all local plumbing codes and company safety policies.
• Documentation: Complete daily work logs and material usage reports.

What We Need (Requirements)

• Experience: 3+ years of experience as a service plumber (preferably commercial/residential mix).
• Licensing: Valid Journeyman License.
• Backflow Certification
• Driving: Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Skills: Strong understanding of water distribution and drainage systems, pipefitting, and fixture installation.
• Attributes: Dependable, strong troubleshooting abilities, excellent customer service skills, good communication skills, and be well organized.
• Physical Ability: Ability to work in confined spaces and lift heavy objects.
• Time Management: Complete time sheets and service paper work in a timely manner.
