Experienced Community Apartment Assistant Manager

Summary: Property management firm is seeking an ASSISTANT MANAGER who is outgoing, eager for a challenge, work well in a fast paced environment with strong organizational and interpersonal skills to lease apartments, market in the local target market and assist current residents at multiple conventional multi-family properties in Lafayette, LA. This key position will be responsible for the following:

  • All aspects of the leasing process from the initial point of contact to following up with the resident after move-in
  • Work with the manager and assistant manager in fulfilling the marketing strategy
  • Assist current residents
  • Assist the resident relations team with lease renewals and other resident events/activities

Qualifications: Strong leadership, managerial and interpersonal skills

Experienced with Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment

Must be able to work on occasional weekends and evenings

Experience: 1+ years of related multi-family property management experience or related sales experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
