CASE Construction is hiring an experienced Concrete Finisher to join our team. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, knows how to deliver a clean finished product, and wants to be part of a crew that works hard and gets rewarded for it.

We do a mix of commercial and residential concrete work, so this role is a fit for someone who is comfortable with a variety of projects and expects to be held to a high standard.

What You’ll Do

• Finish concrete on commercial and residential jobs
• Set grades, check forms, and help ensure jobs are ready for placement
• Screed, bull float, edge, joint, and broom finish concrete
• Help produce quality flatwork, sidewalks, curbs, aprons, patios, and other concrete installations
• Work closely with the crew to keep jobs moving efficiently and safely
• Take ownership of workmanship, jobsite cleanliness, and finished appearance

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a concrete finisher
• Strong understanding of concrete placement, finishing techniques, and jobsite expectations
• Ability to read the job, anticipate issues, and help the crew stay productive
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work well with others
• Willingness to work outdoors and perform physically demanding work
• Valid driver’s license preferred
