Position Summary

Woolley Outdoors is seeking a skilled and dependable Experienced Concrete Finisher to join our growing team. This position is responsible for preparing, pouring, finishing, and repairing concrete surfaces for residential and commercial outdoor projects. The ideal candidate takes pride in quality workmanship, works safely and efficiently, and has experience operating within a fast-paced construction environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare job sites, forms, and subgrades for concrete placement
• Pour, level, and finish concrete using hand and power tools
• Perform broom, smooth, stamped, and decorative concrete finishes
• Set forms and ensure proper alignment and grading
• Read and interpret project plans and specifications
• Operate equipment such as skid steers, compactors, saws, and power trowels
• Maintain clean and organized job sites
• Work closely with crew leaders and project managers to complete projects on schedule
• Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines
• Assist with additional outdoor construction or landscaping tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of concrete finishing experience preferred
• Experience with sidewalks, patios, driveways, curbs, and slabs
• Ability to properly screed, edge, joint, and finish concrete
• Knowledge of forming and grading practices
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Valid driver’s license preferred
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: $25.00 - $33.00 per hour
