Experienced Construction Worker

Duties

• Perform a wide range of construction tasks including framing, roofing, masonry, drywall installation, and finishing work with precision and efficiency
• Operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and specialized machinery safely and effectively to complete project requirements
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate execution of construction plans
• Conduct construction inspections to verify compliance with safety standards, building codes, and project specifications
• Assist with concrete forming, finishing, stucco application, tile laying, flooring installation, and other specialty trades as needed
• Collaborate with project managers and supervisors on construction management tasks such as estimating material needs and scheduling work phases
• Ensure the proper use of construction management software like Bluebeam for documentation and project tracking
• Maintain a clean and organized worksite while adhering to safety protocols at all times

Requirements

• Proven experience in construction site roles with a strong background in carpentry, roofing, masonry, or related trades
• Proficiency in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction estimating processes
• Hands-on experience with plumbing, electrical systems, welding, restoration projects, and heavy equipment operation is highly desirable
• Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, caulking guns, glass installation tools, and fabrication equipment
• Knowledge of construction inspection procedures and safety regulations to ensure compliance throughout all phases of work
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining high productivity levels
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and supervisors
