We are looking for personable and motivated individuals to join our growing team. We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative that also possesses Dispatch skills. Candidate must have trades experience and has worked with ServiceTitan. Promotions are not based on how long you’ve been here – they’re based on performance.

Job Description

TrustPoint Electric and Air is looking for a dependable, organized, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team in Anthem, AZ. This is an in-office position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced home service environment and knows how to keep the schedule, phones, and customer experience running smooth.

The right candidate must have ServiceTitan experience and prior home service industry experience. We are looking for someone who can communicate clearly, stay calm under pressure, and help create a great experience for our customers from the first phone call to the completion of the job.

Responsibilities

- Answer inbound customer calls professionally and confidently

- Schedule service calls and coordinate technician dispatching

- Manage customer records, job notes, and follow-ups in ServiceTitan

- Support the daily workflow for electrical and HVAC service calls

- Communicate with customers regarding scheduling, updates, and job status

- Assist with membership scheduling, estimate follow-up, and general office support

- Help maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and team coordination

Requirements

- Required: Experience using ServiceTitan

- Required: Prior home service industry experience

- Strong phone, communication, and customer service skills

- Highly organized with strong attention to detail

- Able to multitask in a fast-paced office environment

- Professional, dependable, and team-oriented

- Experience in electrical, HVAC, or plumbing office operations is a plus

Pay:

$50K+ per year

• Pay starts at $20 per hour
• Performance pay opportunities. Your income is directly tied to the effort you put in
• Bonuses paid on performance, efficiencies, making outbound calls, marketing memberships, and office admin work
