If you have prior ACA experience and can work independently with discipline, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound ACA calls to eligible customers.
• Verify and update customer information accurately.
• Follow ACA compliance guidelines and call scripts.
• Maintain detailed and accurate call records.
• Deliver a professional, customer-focused experience on every call.
• Meet daily and monthly performance targets.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a CSR on the ACA campaign (mandatory).
• Strong English communication skills (spoken & written).
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment.
• Basic computer skills and CRM familiarity.
• Strong listening, persuasion, and customer-handling skills.
