EXPERIENCED Demolition Foreman

Position Summary:

The Demolition Foreman is responsible for supervising demolition crews and overseeing daily job site operations. This position ensures projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and in accordance with company quality standards. The Foreman serves as the primary field leader and works closely with Project Management to coordinate personnel, equipment, materials, and project activities.

The Foreman will actively participate in demolition activities and work alongside crew members. This is a working foreman position that requires hands-on involvement in daily field operations, not solely supervisory responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct demolition crews on assigned projects
• Coordinate daily tasks, schedules, and project priorities
• Train, mentor, and develop crew members Ensure compliance with company safety policies and OSHA regulations
• Monitor work quality, productivity, and project progress
• Maintain accountability for job site tools, equipment, and materials
• Communicate project status, issues, and progress to Project Management
• Resolve job site issues and conflicts as they arise

Qualifications:

• Previous demolition or construction foreman experience
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and OSHA regulations
• Ability to read plans and blueprints

Physical Requirements:

This position requires standing, walking, lifting, bending, climbing, and performing strenuous physical labor in various weather conditions.

Pay: $21.00 - $34.00 per hour
