Experienced Demolition Lead - Precise, Clean and Dustless

Crew Members will take our specialized dustless equipment and use it to provide next-level demo service to homeowners preparing to remodel. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys the residential construction field, enjoys working with their hands, wants a positive and friendly work environment, likes wrecking stuff, and takes pride in great work and attention to detail.

Traditional demo has a problem, there aren’t many dedicated contractors to do the work, and demo work creates a massive mess for the homeowners and a huge health hazard for everyone involved. Swift Demo uses unique dustless equipment to provide a dedicated, next-level service that not only cares for the homeowner, but also the workers involved. With the right tools, the right culture, and a generous amount of intentionality, we can be a positive change in the trades industry.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour
