EXPERIENCED Dental assistant

Experienced Dental Assistant needed for busy general dental practice. The applicant must have at least 4 YEARS dental assisting EXPERIENCE in general dentistry (root canals, fillings, extractions, teeth whitening, crowns, digital x-rays, etc.) We are looking for a team member who is friendly, energetic, reliable, outgoing, self-motivated, dependable and excellent with children. We are a fast pace, one doctor dental office.

Duties and responsibilities:

-Provide chair-side assistance to the dentist in the performance of dental procedures, to include operative, preventative, endodontic, periodontal, prosthetic and oral surgical procedures.

-Monitor and maintain dental equipment such as compressors, evacuation systems, sterilizers and light curing units, in accordance with manufacturer's guidelines.

Average 27 hrs or more per week

Schedule:

• Monday 9:30 am -7:30 pm
• Wednesday 8:30 am - 6:00 pm
• Friday 9:00 am - 6:00 pm

Experience:

• DENTAL ASSISTING: 4 years (REQUIRED)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
