Experienced Dental Assistant (DA / RDA)

What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities):

• Provide exceptional chairside assistance during general, prosthodontic, endodontic, and periodontic procedures.
• Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and strictly maintain all infection control protocols.
• Take high-quality digital X-rays, 3D CT scans, and digital impressions.
• Manage electronic patient records in Open Dental, ensuring strict HIPAA compliance.
• Check patient vital signs and update medical documentation prior to treatment.
• Cross-train to support front-office tasks (scheduling, insurance verification, phone calls) when needed.

What We Are Looking For (Requirements):

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of hands-on, chairside dental assisting experience.
• Licensure: Valid California RDA license or DA certificate (including X-ray and Coronal Polish certifications).
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with Open Dental software and digital imaging.
• Personality: A naturally positive, adaptable individual who loves patient interaction and teamwork.
• Reliability: Consistently punctual and ready to start the day with the team.

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Experience with iTero scanners, CAD/CAM milling units, and Invisalign attachment placement/removal.
• Familiarity or training in TMJ disorders and Sleep Apnea therapy.

Pay: $20.00 - $31.00 per hour
