Experienced Dental Assistant — Lead Track

We're a fast-growing, private practice in Colorado Springs, and we're looking for an experienced dental assistant who takes ownership—of their operatory, their patients, and their day.

You're A Fit If You:

• Have a genuinely warm, confident chairside manner that puts patients at ease (required)
• Treat the team and patients like family (required)
• Are dependable, punctual, and take full ownership of your work (required)
• Have 2+ years of chairside dental assisting experience (required)
• Hold Colorado X-ray certification, or are ready to get it fast (we'll help)
• Want to grow—and would consider a lead role when it's offered
• Thrive in a fast pace and a full schedule, and bring the energy that lifts the room
• Bonus: EDDA / expanded-function permit
• Bonus: experience training or leading a back-office team
