Experienced Dental Treatment Coordinator

A Treatment Coordinator with experience in all facets of dentistry is needed in our fast paced, leading edge dental practice. We are looking for someone who will be warm and welcoming. You must be a compassionate, positive person that will help create a happy experience for all patients. We are looking for a Leader to close high end cases for orthodontic, implants, and oral surgery. Pay is based on experience.

Responsibilities include:

• Must have at least 2 years of dental office experience
• Experience with Dentrix Experience
• Previous managment experince preffered
• Knowledge of dental insurance verification and benefit breakdown
• Ability to present complex treatment plants to patients
• Discuss financial options and payment arrangements (such as Care Credit)
• Organized, detail oriented and able to multitask in fast-paced enviroment
• Knowledge HIPPA and OSHA
• Flexible schedule and availability is a must
• Bilingual candidates speaking following : Spanish, Russian, Polish, Arabic, Ukrainian (encouraged to apply)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
