Compensation & Benefits

Realistic Annual Earnings:

• A Tech: $90,000–$100,000 base + performance incentives
• B Tech: $75,000–$85,000 base + performance incentives

Hybrid Pay Structure (Hourly + Performance Incentives):

• Strong hourly base
• Productivity incentives begin at 75%
• Hit 100% productivity and add $10/hour for the next pay period
• No cap on productivity increases
• Additional shop-wide performance bonuses

Work Environment, Tools & Equipment

We operate two well-equipped locations in Santa Rosa, each with 5 bays.

You’ll have:

• Access to quality diagnostic scan tools
• Tablets provided for inspections, photos, and documentation
• Digital Vehicle Inspections through Tekmetric
• Heated shop in winter, swamp coolers in summer
• Breakroom space for downtime
• Access to a wide range of shared shop tools
• Opportunity to use the shop for personal projects (clean up required)

We specialize in:

• Light-duty diesel (100%)
• Dodge, Ford, Chevrolet/GMC trucks
• Occasional performance and custom diesel builds

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years diesel experience preferred
• Strong diagnostic ability
• Solid understanding of Ford, Dodge, and GM light-duty diesel platforms
• ASE certifications preferred (not required)
• Own basic hand tools
• Clean, organized work habits
• Team-first attitude
