Position Title: Dispatcher

Pay Range: $24.50-$27.00 per hour

Job Summary

The Dispatcher provides operational support by coordinating daily delivery routes, assisting drivers in the field, and ensuring successful execution of delivery operations. This role plays a critical part in maintaining efficiency, communication, and problem-solving throughout the delivery day.

Dispatchers monitor route progress, respond to real-time issues, and support drivers to help ensure packages are delivered safely and on schedule. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Route Monitoring & Coordination

• Monitor daily delivery routes to ensure timely completion
• Track driver progress and provide support as needed
• Identify potential delays and assist with solutions
• Help ensure routes are completed efficiently

Driver Support

• Communicate with drivers throughout the day to provide guidance and updates
• Assist with troubleshooting delivery issues in real time
• Provide direction related to route adjustments when necessary
• Help coordinate rescues when additional support is required

Operational Execution

• Support daily logistics and route planning
• Ensure drivers follow company and Amazon delivery procedures
• Maintain accurate communication between drivers and management
• Assist with problem-solving to maintain delivery performance standards

Communication & Documentation

• Maintain clear and professional communication with team members
• Document route changes, issues, or operational concerns
• Report performance or safety concerns to leadership
• Provide updates on route status throughout the day

Pay: $25.21 - $30.36 per hour
